Comfortable and hospitable, but needs more attention to detail.
The variety of breakfast was welcome as well as the layout of the rooms and view of the lake.
The lighting of would flicker for one lampshade so we just left it off. The wifi would intermittently turn off so I would have to ask the front desk to rectify more than 3x throughout the stay.

Very nice view, excellent breakfast selection, staff were friendly.
It wasn’t very clean. I had to call the reception to send someone to sweep the floor and countertop and walls had ants crawling everywhere due to bits of food from the previous guests.

What was the highlight of Summit Ridge Tagaytay
I was disappointed! Thanks to the staff who immediately responded to our requests replace the room.
The staff is nice and attentive, they gave us a nice replaced room with a view, Room 711 Aircon was functioning well and TV with all the alternative channels.
The first room 811 given to us was AWFUL!! it was not CLEAN AT ALL!.. It was disgusting, there was a used + dirty towel hanging in the Bathroom, the floor was wet, the lavatory was wet, clogged, and messy, and the toilet was unflushed with toilet paper in it. The linens in the bed were wet, not sure with the last guest and there were used slippers. The room was UNCLEAN and NOT PREPARED. The bedroom floor was not swept at all. I had to call the front desk about this, they were able to change our room to 711. Room 711 was clean and prepared but the only problem there was the clogged sink/lavatory, you had to wait for 2 minutes to drain the water but residue was still on the sink. There's no water heater either. Please please do some renovation and cleaning before assigning rooms. It seems your Room Maintenance is still manual and does not sync into a systematized database. Please improve your Hotel Room Management System. You may opt to modernize the manual system of the room assignment and room attendant system. You may need to suggest to the Management to improve your system or database and do some Renovation as well.
